應用：

•通用型全導電軟管，特適用於化妝品，製藥（yào）和易燃易爆化工行業，特別針對於要求最大的安全操（cāo）作性的工作區域。

•軟管設計不但能夠確保表層靜電的消散，而且電流能迅速通過管壁消散 （ R<10⁹Ω）。

技（jì）術參數：

內管：PFA（全氟化聚合物，PFA），全氟化處理，鏡麵光（guāng）滑，黑色，抗（kàng）靜電 (R<10⁶Ω)。

增強層：高強度多層合成纖維，內置螺旋型金屬鋼線（xiàn）及銅導線以確（què）保靜電的消散。

外管：大理石花紋表麵處理（超高分（fèn）子量聚乙烯（xī）），光滑，耐磨，耐大氣侵蝕，特別設計的布狀（zhuàng）表麵符（fú）合FDA標準，無臭，無味且表麵無汙漬殘留，抗靜電(R<10⁶Ω)。

工作溫度：-40°C～+150°C

適（shì）用（yòng）標準及認證：符合USP Class VI，FDA，UNI EN ISO 10993，符合（hé）EU 10/2011，EN12115:2011，EC1935/2004和2023/2006/EC標準（GMP），參照遵（zūn）守EC1907/2006標（biāo）準

Applications:

•Universal hose ”Full Ohm”, designed to handle cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and highly flammable chemical products in working areas requiring utmost safety.

•Execution complying with EN 12115: 2011

•Engineered to ensure dissipation of electrostatic currents not only on the surface, but also through the hose wall: electrical resistance through the hose wall: R<10⁹Ω.

Construction：

Tube: PFA (Perfluoralkoxy Polymer, code PFA), fully fluorinated, mirror-smooth, black colour antistatic (R<10⁶Ω).

Reinforcement: High strength plies of synthetic cord, embedded steel wire helix wires and built-in copper wires.

Cover: Marble finish (UPE), black and white colour, patented, smooth; it resists to abrasion, ozone and weather. The special cloth finish with a low friction rate complies with FDA, it is odourless and tasteless and does not stain the contact surfaces.
